Elinco Contrucciones Eléctricas S.L. offers a great range of products and services to its clients, from a complete project execution to intervention in any of its steps (design, manufacture, installation, repair or maintenance).

For all this, several departments are available:

Technical Department:

The engineering team has highly qualified engineers with experience in the electric sector.

Its main activity is focused on: 

• Engineering: design of specific products, in all of their stages.
• Reengineering: updating of technical documentation, re-editing plans and documents according to variations on previous models. 
• Test:creation of protocols for electrical and mechanical tests (HAT / SAT) in order to identify elements that may need testing.
  Support for Test Execution by the Production Department, on shipyard or sea tests, electrical or mechanical. Creation and support for the execution of FAT Tests on products built in our factory. 
• Production Department Support: internally, the Production Department needs a Technical Office to support and create associated technical documentation. It mainly applies to boards and brackets built or repaired in the factory. 
• Automata Programming: programming of the automata that control the electrical boards or brackets functions (including touch screens for handling). Creation of technical and user guides.  
• I+D+i: development of a product connected with our activity. Definition of the requirements, prototype manufacture, prototype tests and analysis (re-definition of the design), product design for its manufacture in the factory.

Manufacture:

Elinco has proven experience in the design and production of boards, cabinets and brackets. Some of the products Elinco provides are the following:

• Electrical boards and cabinets: Plans, tests and measurements needed for issuing the corresponding certificates and application of the corresponding directives for the CE marking.
• Brackets and Control racks : All kinds of tailor-made brackets or racks, performing all the necessary tests for automata simulation in order to make sure they work correctly. 
• Devices for generator loading tests. 
• Beckets (own patent).
• Renting of portable electric boards made in our factory, for on-site services. 

Repair and Maintenance:

Repair and maintenance of electromechanical devices:

•    Winding and balancing of motors and alternators
•    Maintenance and repair of welding devices
•    Maintenance and repair of transformers
•    Maintenance and repair of power switches, reverse power relay and other devices (with issuing of quality certificates)
•    Maintenance and repair of all kinds of electrical installations

Installations:

Because the naval industry is the main activity of Elinco, the following installations are made:

•    Design and assembly of electrical installations on ships and industries, including: strength, illumination, fire detection, alarms, communication, etc.
•    Design and assembly of brackets and automation boards, distribution and alarms, etc.
•    Tests and delivery of instrumentation and control systems.

Our team is used to working according to the installation standards of several quality assurance bodies (DNV, BVQ, LLOYDS, RINA…).
